| Thank you for your interest in one of our rental properties
We appreciate that this can be a difficult and time consuming process so we will try to make it as easy as possible and pride ourselves on the speedy processing of your Application.
There are some important pieces of information to consider before entering into a Tenancy Application, which are explained on the Application Form and our Fact Sheet shown below. Click on the links to download these forms and then proceed with the completion of the Application Form.
Each adult person who is planning to reside in the property must apply as a tenant. We do not approve sub-letting in our properties. Each Application Form has the facility for two applicants, so that if there are more than two applicants then you will need more than one form. All applicants will also need to provide the accompanying documentation as shown in the attached Fact Sheet.
Once you have completed the Application it should be immediately returned to our office with the accompanying documentation for each applicant. It is best to either bring the documents back and we will copy them in our office or scan and email them - unfortunately faxes do not provide quality copies of photographs or coloured documents.
Our office address is - 18 Bald Hills Rd, Bald Hills, 4036 or you can email a completed application form to tenancy@rosekelly.com.au
Same day turnaround processing... We will endeavour to have a definitive answer on your Application within 24 hours, however, in any event we will make contact with you and give you an update within this timeframe.

When we process your Application we will advise you immediately and will then make a plan with you for the payment of your bond and rent. You will be required to sign a Tenancy Agreement before moving into the property.
The Tenancy Agreement
If you have rented in Qld before you will be familiar with the Standard Tenancy Agreement. If, however you have never rented before you should take the time to peruse the Standard Tenancy Agreement before making an Application to ensure that you understand what is required at the start of the tenancy.
