In order to achieve this goal you will need to be prepared for Auction Day. Rose Kelly has developed a full coaching program for buyers who are interested in her auction properties. She has proven time and time again that the buyers who have gone through all the steps and been well prepared will have the most confidence on auction day and will more than likely become the successful purchasers.
Part of this process involves organising your Building and Pest Inspection and getting your finance approved. Rose will guide you through this process and if necessary will set up an appointment with our in-house finance broker.
